Punishment Sheet
SADOJRP Rules and Punishments
This SADOJRP Rules and Punishment Sheet covers punishments for various rule violations. This document may not cover every rule or situation and just because a rule or situation is not mentioned, does not mean a specific rule or concept related to community membership can be broken or that there is not a punishment.
Staff may use discretion to consider if any situation or action of a player is a violation and administer punishment accordingly. Each situation is different, and Staff is also given discretion to apply punishment per each situation, which means the punishment for one violation or situation may not be the same as another, and there is no expectation of such. All players are solely responsible for their actions, no one else.
Chronic Violators: any player that accumulates any total of 6 violations of the rule of any combination will be subject to permanent ban. Management will determine whether violations are "chronic" and determine the action to be taken. The intention of these punishments is not to have each type of violation be separate. For example, if you get 2 VDM and 2 RDM that is 4 violations, if you then get 2 more Combat Logging that is a total of 6 and you will be Perm Banned.
Ban Appeals: You may appeal most bans. You may not appeal any ban which is less then 1 day (i.e. you can't appeal an 8-hour ban). Disrespect of Anyone
First offense: Kick
Second offense: 8 hour ban
Third offense: 24 hour ban
Final offense: Permanent
Explanation: Any form of disrespect not is allowed and does not promote a friendly environment for the community.

Severe Disrespect
Explanation: Making comments or saying blacklisted words directed towards someone's race, gender, religion, creed, sexual identity, speech impediment, and all other protected classes.
First offense: Perm Ban [no appeal]

Staff Disrespect
First Offense: Verbal Warning + Kick
Second Offense:Ban 2 hours
Third Offense: Ban 2 days
Explanation: Being disrespectful to Staff when you are in a staff situation. We expect everyone to show respect, and understand that Staff is doing their job. If you are disrespectful to Staff when they are engaging with you in a Staff Situation this will be an additional issue that will be taken into account among any other possible punishments.

Complaining in Public Channels
First Offense: In Game: Kick, Discord, Warning
Second Offense: In Game: Ban 2 hours, Discord Kick/lose roles
Third Offense: Discord: Perm Ban (being banned from discord means you are banned from game)
Explanation: Taking complaints to public channels either in discord, game or RTO is not allowed. Users should take the issues to a Ticket in Discord, report an issue to Staff, or private DMs. Also do not complain about pings unless they are spam in nature.

Political or Social IRL RP
First Offense: Kick
Second Offense: 2 hour ban
Third Offense: 1 week ban
Final Offense: Perm Ban
Explanation: Everyone has a different view and feeling about real life issues, politics and social issues. So to be fair to everyone, we do not allow IRL political/social issues or events to be RP'd in the server.

Explanation: Killing 1-4 players with no RP involved.

Green Zone Violation

Explanation: Loitering in a Green Zone - NOTE: RDM in GreenZone will result in GreenZone violation AND Mass VDM punishment. When Combined GZ Punishment will start at 3rd offense (extra 1 day ban)

FRP - Fail Roleplay
First offense: 2x warns or kick
Second offense: Kick
Third offense: 5hr Ban
Final offense: Perm ban
Explanation: Failing to RP out an interaction on-going or not initiating in RP before acting. Flying a helicopter 12 feet above the road isn't realistic. Many more things apply to this rule.

Evading Punishment
First offense: warning
Second offense: Kick
Third offense: 12 hour Ban
Final offense: Perm ban
Explanation: When you’re addressed by staff, you have to respond.
This includes ignoring staff, running from staff or any action that
Indicates you are avoiding staff.

Mass vehicle spawn
First offense: Kick
Second offense: 24 Hour ban
Final offense: Perm ban [no appeal]
Explanation: You can’t spawn in a grouping of cars and say it’s for RP,
it has to fit a scene that is productive towards the server. (3 cars Max )
This action will be views as trying to “mod” or harm the server.

Modding/Hacking
First offense: Permanent Ban
Explanation: Using software or taking actions that enables you to do
things that you wouldn’t have been able to before in-game that
typically is related to destructive purposes.

Impersonating Staff
First offense: Kick
Second offense: 4 hour Ban
Third offense: 12 hour ban
Final offense: Perm ban
Explanation: Pretending to be a staff member when you’ve clearly not been interviewed ornot had your application accepted, even if the interview has been conducted, you’d need to have staff tags in discord and be recognized as a staff member before acting as one.

Advertising another server
First offense: Permanent.
Explanation: Never Allowed. [no appeal]

Using a sniper weapon/ Sniper RP
First offense: 2x warn or kick
Second offense: 1 hour ban
Third offense: 8 hour ban
Final offense: Permanent
Explanation: You may not just shoot people with sniper weapons. This is considered FailRP/RDM. If you want to use a sniper weapon, you can use it for "hits" etc, IF you let the person know there is a bounty or hit on them and they must agree before you can do the sniper RP.

Ambush RP
First offense: 2x warn or kick
Second offense: 4 hour ban
Third offense: 8 hour ban
Final offense: Permanent
Explanation: You may not just shoot people for no reason. This is considered FailRP/RDM. If you want to ambush someone, you can use it for "hits" etc, but you must you let the person know there is a bounty or hit on them and they must agree before you can do the Ambush RP

Injecting into RP scene
First offense: 2x warns or kick
Second offense: 2 hour ban
Third offense: 8 hour ban
Final offense: Perm ban
Explanation: Getting involved in an RP you weren’t previously in and can usually only ruin their scene.

Repairing car while driving/healing while in a scene
First offense: warning
Second offense: Kick
Third offense: 8 hour Ban
Fourth offense: 1 day Ban
Final offense: Perm ban
Explanation: RP is about playing the role and this is intertwined with
realism, this being the case, if you’re driving but repairing your car aka responding it while driving it’s breaking this particular rule. The same also applies if you add health or armor.

Unrealistic vehicle operation
First offense: Warning
Second offense: Kick
Third offense: 2 hour Ban
Fourth offense: 8 hour Ban
Final offense: Perm ban
Explanation: anything that you wouldn’t see or do in real life with a vehicle. Example, Jumping a street motorcycle 100 ft in the air, taking a supercar off-road etc.

Military RP

Third offense: 8 hour Ban
Final offense: Perm ban
Explanation: You can not be anything military related. You cannot RP as Military.
All military vehicles are not allowed and no vehicles with weapons are allowed

Getting tased/bean bagged with no effects afterward
First offense: Warning
Second offense: Kick
Third offense: 1 hour Ban
Final offense: 8 hour ban
Explanation: If you’re tased, act like you got tased. People who are tased
cannot just get up and walk away like nothing happened.
If you get tased 2 times, you no longer just run free. Same thing with bean bag.

Explanation: Using out of character information to help you in-character.

Second offense: Kick
Third offense: 1 hour ban
Final offense: 8 hr ban ban
Explanation: Armored vehicles/bullet proof tires create nothing but unfairness.

Cop baiting
First offense: Warning
Second offense: Kick
Third offense: 4 hr Ban
Final offense: Perm ban
Explanation: Doing something illegal in front of a cop specifically to get pulled over or attract attention or the cops

NLR (New life rule)
First offense: Kick
Second offense: 4 hour Ban
Third offense:1 day ban Ban
Fourth offense: 1 week Ban
Final offense: Perm ban
Explanation: When you die, you’re not the person you were before.
You do not have to change characters, however...you should not remember what people did before
you died and go after anyone if you were wronged by them because you don’t remember it.

Reviving after being killed in RP scene
First offense: Kick
Second offense: 2 hour Ban
Third offense: 1 day ban Ban
Fourth offense: 1 week Ban
Final offense: Perm ban
Explanation: If you are in an RP scene and you are "killed" you are not to revive or call AI Medic until the scene is over. If you revive and comeback to the scene, this is Fail RP and is not acceptable. Only Revive when instructed to do so by Police, or Staff or when you are sure the Scene is over.

Explanation: Yelling/Screaming into mic, this is even worse then mic spamming

Fourth offense: 1 day Ban

Explanation: Value your life like you would if it was a real situation,
if you fail to show you care about your life, it can be considered frp as well.

Improper use of AirFields
First offense: Warning
Second offense: Kick
Third offense: 1 hour Ban
Fourth offense: 4 hour ban
Final offense: Perm ban
Explanation: AirField is only used for FAA, so no cars on any airfield.
This means NO cars, no racing, no driving on or spawning cars there.

Hitman RP/Sniper Weapons in Crimes
First offense: Warning
Second offense: kick
Third offense: 4 hour ban
Final offense: Perm ban
Explanation: you must let the person know there is a bounty or hit on them and they must agree before you can do the sniper RP. You may use Sniper weapons in a crime if the crime is already in progress, you are not allowed to ambush anyone or start a crime with a sniper weapon. Example would be you can have a sniper in place in a robery and use it against the cops if the robery is already in proress.

Fleeing in vehicles that go over 180+ MPH
First offense: Warning
Second offense: Kick
Third offense: 4 hour ban
Fourth offense: 12 hour ban
Final offense: Perm ban
Explanation: Running from an officer in a vehicle that can go over 180 mph.
Even if the chase is continued by police, you will be subject to punishment after it is over.

Explanation: Talking out of character in game voice chat unless told to by a Staff member. Breaking character ruins RP for surrounding players.

DragCars On Road
First offense: Warning
Second offense: Kick
Third offense: 1 day Ban
Fourth offense: 1 week Ban
Final offense: Permanent
Explanation: Drag cars are too fast or heavily modified to be used on the road if seen driving on the road you will be warned and if seen again you could lose your vehicle. This applies to any drag car even if you have Drag Car perms.

GTA Driving
First offense: Warning
Second offense: Kick
Third offense: 8 hour Ban
Fourth offense: 1 day Ban
Final offense: Perm ban
Explanation: Driving with excessive/high speed down a road for no reason, nor driving in a normal way (crossing middle lines, weaving, out of control) with no intent of role play, crashing and not Roleplaying it out, driving off-road at speeds of 40-60 MPH with a non-off-road car. This includes doing donuts on public roads and drifting on public roads. Basically driving in unrealistic way that would not be seen in real life.

No Vehicles with Emergency Lights on Public Roads
First offense: Warning
Second offense: Kick
Third offense: 2 hour Ban
Fourth offense: 1 day Ban
Final offense: Perm ban
Explanation: All Civilians are prohibited from driving vehicles with emergency lights flashing or in operation on public roads. Such vehicles with such lights are only allowed by authorized agencies such as Police, EMS, DOT or Towing. Any other Civilian Org is not allowed to operate the emergency lights of such vehicles which may be provided to them at any time on public roads.

Suicide RP

Explanation: Anytime type suicide RP that involves killing yourself in game. (THIS DOESN'T HELP OUT SERVER AT ALL)

Any rule or punishment which may be missing from this document is no excuse to break a rule, and does not stop Staff from being authorized to take appropriate action. All players are solely responsible for his/her actions and no one else. Staff may use discretion to handle each situation differently depending on context, prior history or any other contextual information for all Staff actions. All Management decisions are final.
